Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes, we provide ongoing maintenance packages to keep your website secure, up-to-date, and running smoothly. We agree on the specific maintenance package during our first call.

Can I update the website myself once it’s built?

Absolutely! We use a content management system (Webflow) that allows you to easily update content on your own.

What payment options do you provide?

We provide a detailed invoice once we’ve agreed on the project quote. Payment can be made via bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion.

What if I need changes after the website is live?

We offer post-launch support and can make any changes or updates you need. We also offer retainer packages for ongoing changes and improvements. However, if you have purchased a package, we will ensure that the website is launched the way you envisioned and we agreed upon. This means we can make revisions even a short period after the webiste is launched.
